My current role at Waltham Forest in the Comms team, involves a very varied workload, with a focus on writing articles, press releases, and creating social media content (videos using premiere, reels, stories, and imagery). I work primarily in the media team, dealing with press queries, requests from other departments to promote services, and collating press clippings/coverage. I also often collaborate with other teams, especially the campaigns team, creating content as part of a wider ongoing campaign that they are working on.
